    Together, we outline a path forward that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to your specific needs. This is our chance to identify and solve your problems, and your chance to work with the manufacturer directly one on one.

    This stage focuses on understanding how you travel and what you need from your caravan. We work through layout configurations, storage requirements and off-grid system options to ensure the design is practical, functional and suited to real-world use.

  • 03 Walk Through the Build & design

    We guide you through each stage of the Elross build process, from initial design through to production and final handover. This provides clear visibility on how your caravan is constructed and what to expect at each key milestone. If your really keen we can get straight into picking colours!

  • 04 Discuss Timlines & Pricing

    We provide realistic guidance on build timeframes based on current production schedules and the level of customisation involved. This ensures expectations are aligned early, giving you a clear understanding of timing from concept through to delivery. This is where a Stock build can sometimes be adequate and suitable for some customers with shorter lead requirements.

Building & Payment Structure

  • Our build process is structured around clearly defined milestones, ensuring each stage of construction reflects real, measurable progress. From chassis fabrication through to final fit-out, every step is planned and tracked to maintain consistency and quality. This structured approach allows us to manage builds effectively while giving customers clear visibility into how their caravan is progressing. As a family-run business with established infrastructure and in-house manufacturing capability, we maintain control over production rather than relying on external dependencies. This provides a stable foundation for every build, ensuring we can deliver on our commitments with confidence.

  • Clear communication is a key part of how we operate. Throughout the build, we keep customers informed at each stage so they understand where their caravan is at and what is coming next. This includes updates during key milestones, as well as opportunities to engage with the process directly & Visit onsite during key build milestones. Being a family-owned business, we take a long-term view of customer relationships and reputation. We are not driven by short-term volume, but by delivering consistent outcomes and maintaining trust. This approach, combined with our established workshop and team, ensures customers are never left uncertain about the progress of their build.

  • Each progress payment is directly linked to tangible work completed on your caravan. This ensures that payments reflect real value at each stage, rather than being based on arbitrary timelines. By structuring payments this way, we align the financial process with actual construction progress, providing clarity and fairness for both parties. Our in-house build model, supported by owned facilities and equipment, allows us to control production and maintain continuity across projects. This reduces reliance on external factors and reinforces our ability to deliver builds consistently, supported by a business structure that extends beyond a single revenue stream.

  • For customers seeking additional reassurance, we offer access to finance options that can be structured across the build. This allows the lender to carry the majority of the financial risk during production, reducing exposure for the customer while the caravan is being built. It provides an added layer of security, particularly in the current market. If you're a Cash buyer, you can think of the Finance as your Short-term insurance policy that protects you as we build your asset. You can speak to the finance team directly about your options.

  • As a business, Elross operates with a diversified portfolio and established asset base, supporting long-term stability and continuity. This means customers can move forward with confidence, knowing they are dealing with a company built on sustainable practices rather than short-term growth. While our main business focuses on RV’s, a percentage of our other revenue stems from the mining, industrial, government and special projects sectors, allowing for a diversified portfolio of work.

Every Elross caravan is built from our facility in Maddington, Western Australia, where our team manages the process from chassis fabrication through to final handover.

We are not a reseller or importer operating through a dealer network. We are a hands-on manufacturer with established infrastructure, in-house production capability and a long-term focus on sustainable growth and customer support.
