Elross Site Sleeper Caravans provide practical, comfortable accommodation for remote mining, exploration and civil projects. The ERS6.5 offers three private rooms, while the larger ERS8.0 provides four individual rooms for increased workforce capacity. Both models are designed for reliable deployment across remote Australian worksites. Tailored configurations are also available, including two or three-room sleepers with kitchenettes, along with bunk-style layouts for higher occupancy. Each unit can be specified around your operational, environmental and off-grid requirements.

The ERS6.5 is a purpose-built three-room accommodation caravan designed for mining, exploration, civil and remote workforce projects. Its compact footprint provides three separate sleeping rooms, giving each occupant greater privacy while maintaining practical site mobility. The layout is ideal for smaller crews, short-term projects or operations requiring accommodation that can be readily relocated between worksites.
Manufactured in Western Australia, the ERS 6.5 features insulated composite construction to support reliable temperature control in demanding Australian conditions. Its mobile design allows the unit to be deployed across temporary camps, remote worksites and changing project locations.
Built in Western Australia, the ERS 8.0 uses insulated composite wall, roof and floor construction to support improved thermal performance in harsh climates. Each room can be equipped with individual air conditioning, storage, lighting and convenient power access. Available upgrades include a tropical roof for additional heat protection and integrated off-grid systems with solar capacity and lithium battery storage. The ERS 5.0C is a compact, single-axle office or crib room caravan designed for smaller crews and short-duration projects. Its key advantage is its lower weight and manoeuvrable footprint, making it well suited to small works, inspections, maintenance teams and locations with restricted site access. It can also be relocated more easily as operational requirements change.
Despite its compact size, the ERS 5.0C can be configured with practical seating, work surfaces, storage and a galley kitchenette. Appliance and electrical options can be selected around the intended use, whether the unit is primarily required as a site office, meal room or combined facility. Off-grid solar and lithium battery packages are available for remote deployment, helping reduce generator runtime and supporting more environmentally responsible site operations.
The dual-axle ERS 6.0C provides a practical step up in capacity for crews of approximately five to seven personnel. It offers additional internal space for seating, workstations, storage and meal preparation while remaining compact enough for regular relocation between projects. The interior can be configured as a dedicated crib room, mobile site office or combined facility. The ERS 8.0C is the largest standard office and crib room model in the range, accommodating approximately nine to twelve personnel. Its extended 4.45T rated dual-axle platform provides greater flexibility for larger seating areas, multiple workstations, increased storage and comprehensive galley facilities. It is designed for larger crews, longer project durations and sites requiring a substantial shared facility.
The ERS 8.0C can be configured as a dedicated crib room, mobile office or combined operations facility. A wide selection of appliances, refrigeration, cooking equipment, cabinetry and electrical systems can be incorporated to match the project scope. Advanced solar generation and lithium battery packages are available for remote off-grid applications. These systems can assist in reducing generator runtime and operational fuel use while supporting client environmental policies and remote-site performance requirements.
Where a standard Elross ERS layout does not meet the operational brief, Elross can develop a tailored office or crib room solution around the client’s workforce, equipment and site requirements. Custom builds may combine offices, meeting areas, workstations, crib facilities, galley kitchens, storage or specialist operational spaces within one mobile platform.
The layout, personnel capacity and appliance package can be developed to suit project duration, deployment frequency and available infrastructure.
