Setting up camp is easier with the Cruisemaster BCS airbag suspension system. Using the BCS app, you can conveniently control the suspension from your phone to level the caravan and adjust its ride height.

Whether arriving at a caravan park or setting up at a remote campsite, the system helps take the effort out of levelling so your family can settle in and start enjoying the destination sooner.

The Family range exists to provide a more confidence-inspiring towing experience. Rather than simply scaling down a larger caravan, the platform was engineered around balanced weight distribution, centre of gravity management and suspension integration from the outset. This improves towing stability and overall control across varying conditions, making the caravan feel more predictable and manageable both on-road and off-road. The goal was to create a van that works with the tow vehicle, not against it.

The Elross Family range is available in both ECX-F and ECXF-R configurations, offering families a choice of capability and specification to suit their travel plans. Each model is designed around practical family touring, with considered layouts, dedicated sleeping spaces, generous storage and efficient off-grid systems.

From caravan park stays and coastal getaways to extended touring and remote Australian destinations, the Family range delivers a comfortable and capable platform built for real-world family travel.

Off-grid performance is about choosing the right systems for the way your family travels. Both the ECX-F and ECXF-R combine efficient appliances, intelligent power management, solar capability and practical water storage to support comfortable family touring beyond powered sites.

For families planning longer remote stays or with greater power requirements, larger battery, solar and water configurations are also available through our options range.

The Elross Family range is designed for long-term durability across both ECX-F and ECXF-R configurations. From our in-house fabricated chassis and composite construction through to timber-free cabinetry and protected system integration, every element is engineered to withstand the demands of family touring.

The result is a strong, dependable caravan built for Australian conditions, with the durability and practical usability required for years of family adventures.
