STRONG CHASSIS & SUSPENSION

Tailored to conquer Australia’s toughest terrains and conditions, Your in house fabricated Elross off road Chassis is built with Ausmills Duragal steels. Coupled with the knowledge and expertise of Cruisemaster’s XTF Air-bag suspension provide a formidable combination.

The key design element of the Elross Chassis is the use of full box tube support rails that intersect the X axis main bearers that run the entire length of the van. This enables for a clean and strong chassis that offers both torsional rigidity and flexibility, rolled into the one platform. Couple this with a lengthy draw bar design philosophy and carefully calculated axle position helps Elross to create one of the safest, strongest and best towing chassis on the market.

HARD BODY EXTERIOR

Find the road less travelled with confidence. Elross’s Body building technique is unique in the market place, utilizing our own EPS panel core and Colourbond steel for our roof and wall construction. 50mm in thickness our panels provide superior strength and thermal properties for our harsh WA climate.

External moulds serve not only an aesthetic purpose but provide structural rigidity to our advanced body technology. Our body building’s primary function is to ensure the chassis, floor and walls all work together as a load bearing structure, not our furniture.

OFF GRID ROAM FREE

The ECX OCTANE comes with many features to enable comfortable off grid living capability. Equipped with 800Watts of solar as standard feeding a 315 A/H LifePO4 lithium battery bank (ECX models), power management is handled by the industries and Australia's best RED ARC via their BMS 50 and redvision LCD screen.

All Elross Solar systems are upgradable with a larger panel array, additional battery banks and large sine wave inverters to extend your off-grid stay.

Featuring 240L of fresh and 95L of Grey water as standard, with upgradable HPDE Rotomolded tanks, you are sure to be ready to escape from the rat race.
